SUPERIOR ROOMS
Our spacious and inviting Superior Rooms, located on the first floor, provide the perfect blend of comfort and elegance. Several feature charming bay windows, offering extra space and an abundance of natural light. Each room is thoughtfully equipped with a generous work desk (if needed), cosy seating, and a 32” Smart TV for your entertainment. The beds can be arranged as either a luxurious super-king or comfortable twin setup to suit your preference. The en-suite bathrooms include a relaxing bath with an overhead shower, complemented by plush bathrobes for an added touch of indulgence. To enhance your stay, we also provide complimentary still and sparkling bottled water. Relax, unwind, and enjoy a superior stay with us.
LARGE DOUBLE ROOMS
Our spacious Large Double Rooms, located on the first floor, offer plenty of room to unwind and relax. Each features a luxurious king-size bed for a restful night’s sleep. Most rooms include an en-suite bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, while one features a convenient walk-in shower. Thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation, these rooms provide the perfect retreat after a busy day.
STANDARD DOUBLE ROOMS
Our Standard Double Rooms are compact yet comfortable, designed for a restful and relaxing stay. Each room features a cozy double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a convenient walk-in shower. We offer five ground-floor rooms in the courtyard area, ideal for guests with limited mobility or those travelling with their dogs (a small additional charge applies). For guests preferring a pet-free environment, we also have five rooms on the first and second floors, exclusively for human guests. Whether you’re seeking a peaceful retreat or a pet-friendly getaway, our Standard Double Rooms provide the perfect balance of comfort and convenience.
SINGLE ROOMS
Designed for the solo traveller, our Single Rooms on the first floor offer a cosy and comfortable stay. Each room is thoughtfully furnished with a work desk for productivity and a soft chair for relaxation. The en-suite bathrooms all feature convenient walk-in showers, ensuring a refreshing start or end to your day. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, our Single Rooms provide a warm and homely retreat.
FAMILY ROOMS (DOG FRIENDLY) 
Our Courtyard Family Rooms offer spacious and flexible accommodation, perfect for families and guests travelling with dogs. These four generously sized rooms can comfortably sleep up to three people, featuring a super-king bed (which can be configured as two singles) and an additional single bed. Three of the rooms include an en-suite bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, while one features a fully accessible wet room, designed for wheelchair users. Each room also boasts its own private outdoor space at the back, providing a peaceful spot to unwind. Enjoy comfort, convenience, and a warm welcome for the whole family—including your furry friends (additional charge applies).
